When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are made-to-order specifically for you.
Our products are made in-house, locally, nationally and offshore, therefore production and shipping times will vary depending on the item purchased, location of the production of that item and the delivery destination of that item.

Is tracking available on my order?
In most cases a tracking number will be sent to you by email after production has been completed. If a tracking number is not received within 14 days, please get in touch with us here and we will be more than happy to help!

Please note:
It may take up to 24hrs for your order to show on the forwarder's tracking system.

My package never arrived, what next?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact us  here and we will do our best to sort it out!

What are the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated after you enter your delivery address and choose the delivery method.
The shipping costs are added on to the subtotal at the bottom of the page after you’ve clicked through to the Checkout.

Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges will vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

It may take over 50 days for certain products to be shipped to these destinations:
Argentina, Bulgaria, French Polynesia, Peru, Romania, South Africa
